U-Check Forehead Thermometer Strip is safe, effective and easy to use. The strip provides an accurate temperature reading in 15 seconds. Clean and store safely for multiple uses. INSTRUCTIONS • Peel thermometer from the backing and apply to clean/dry forehead. • Color will begin developing within 15 seconds. • Read thermometer while on the forehead. • GREEN reading indicates a correct temperature. • If you do not see green, blue or tan colors will appear: BLUE - add 1°F to the reading TAN - subtract 1°F to the reading 968F 986 F 102.27 • Thermometers should be used at room temperature, approximately 68°F - 86°F. • Avoid direct sunlight or strong heat when taking temperature. • Do not take temperature if you have been eating, drinking or exercising within the last 30 minutes due to the possibility of temperature fluctuation. • To be administered by adults only. • Keep out of reach of children. • Consult your Physician if a fever exists.
